Bass Creek Resort is located on Lake Manitou, which is the largest lake on Manitoulin Island, which itself is the largest freshwater island in the world. Manitoulin Island can be accessed from the south by taking a ferry from Tobermory and can also be accessed from the north by crossing the swing bridge at Little Current. Note:  The Google map shows Bass Creek Resort to be in the middle of a farmer's field!  We assure you that Bass Creek Resort continues to be located on the shore of Lake Manitou, right beside Bass Creek itself.  To get to Bass Creek Resort, continue along Irish Line beyond Loon Lane until you reach Bass Creek Road.
